LEGAL & PROTOCOLS.
Comprehensive governance, cryptographic privacy protocols, terms of mesh infrastructure usage, and verified security attestations protecting Mycelium Dynamics partners and clients.
Privacy Protocol
1.0 Zero-Exploitation Principle
At Mycelium Dynamics Inc. ("Mycelium Dynamics", "we", "our"), privacy is treated not as a contractual concession, but as a foundational architectural invariant. We do not monetize, harvest, lease, or broker personal identity, client codebases, user biometric signals, or operational queries.
2.0 Telemetry & Signal Ingestion
When you interface with our web interfaces, public sandboxes, or communications terminal:
- Transient Ingress Signals: Network payloads (including IP addresses and user agents) are utilized strictly for transport-layer negotiation, DDoS mitigation, and failover rebalancing. They are never written to permanent disk storage in raw form.
- Cryptographic Anonymization: Any analytical telemetry retained for systems observability is irreversibly salted and hashed via SHA-3 algorithms, decoupling runtime telemetry from individual human identities.
- No Covert Tracking: We do not employ third-party advertising tracking pixels, cross-site surveillance cookies, or data-broker trackers on any Mycelium Dynamics property.
3.0 Inquiry & Enterprise Communication
Information dispatched via our Inquiry Terminal or official email gateways (connect@myceliumdynamics.com) is accessible strictly to authorized syndicate engineers. Enterprise inquiries are held in encrypted vault databases and purged upon request.
4.0 Global Subject Rights & Cryptographic Erasure
Regardless of geographical jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act compliance), any entity possesses the right to demand complete inspection or cryptographic erasure of records associated with their domain or correspondence. Verification requests may be addressed to our compliance team.
Terms of Mesh
1.0 Acceptance & Scope of Interface
By navigating, querying, or interacting with the Mycelium Dynamics website, API gateways, documentation, or interactive web canvases, you consent unconditionally to these Terms of Mesh. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate access immediately.
2.0 License & Authorized Use
Mycelium Dynamics grants users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable limited license to access our platform for informational, enterprise evaluation, and commercial collaboration purposes.
3.0 Prohibited Network Actions
Users agree strictly NOT to engage in:
- Automated high-frequency scraping, scraping vectors designed to bypass edge rate limiting, or adversarial stress injection against our compute endpoints.
- Decompilation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized extraction of proprietary web canvas shaders, audio synthesis modules, or internal algorithm bindings.
- Distribution of malicious software payloads, packet spoofing, or attempts to compromise node gateway integrity.
4.0 Intellectual Property Reservation
All patents, trademarks, design systems, algorithms, source code, visual animations, and the "Mycelium Dynamics" brand identity are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property conventions. All computational rights remain exclusively reserved by Mycelium Dynamics Inc.
5.0 Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
The digital platform and research demonstrators are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or fitness for unverified edge configurations. In no event shall Mycelium Dynamics be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform interactions.
Security Attestation
1.0 Architectural Defense-in-Depth
Our infrastructure adheres to zero-trust principles across all layers of the compute stack:
2.0 Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP)
Mycelium Dynamics values the contributions of ethical security researchers and distributed systems practitioners. If you discover a potential vulnerability, anomaly, or exposure:
- Submit technical writeups directly to connect@myceliumdynamics.com with subject
[SEC-VULN-DISCLOSURE]. - Provide reproducible test steps and allow a responsible disclosure window of 72 hours prior to public dissemination.
- We commit to zero legal prosecution against security researchers operating within good-faith testing boundaries.
3.0 Monitoring & Incident Response SLA
Our telemetry monitoring operates continuously (24/7/365). Verified critical security reports trigger an immediate Tier-1 engineering response within 60 minutes, accompanied by transparent post-mortem disclosure upon resolution.
